Cockatiel- Acrylics

This is the same picture that I did in the sketching style but used the Acrylic paintbrushes for coloring this one. I did a little shading and highlighting (easier to do on a bird then a human honestly) on this one. I was starting to experiment with the types of paints and such. I may continue with the same picture in different paints to see what I get.

A little about the colors I chose;

For those who don't know much about cockatiels, the coloring I chose here is referred to as a Fancy Cockatiel. They are the yellow/white cockatiels. The grey ones, and even the mixed colors are just regular cockatiels, not that there's anything wrong with that They're just more common.

Anyways, I'll put more information about these wonderful birds in my journal if anyone's curious.
